kd999 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the kd999 platform, including its website, mobile browser experience, sportsbook, live casino, slots, crash games or fish game sections, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the registered player) and kd999. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration. Providing false identity information is grounds for immediate account termination without refund of any balance.
• You must be the sole and rightful owner of the payment method used to deposit funds into your kd999 account. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those of family members — are not permitted.

• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor or agent of kd999, nor an immediate family member of such a person. Employees and their families are not eligible to hold player accounts or claim bonuses.

kd999 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account found to be in breach of these eligibility conditions. Where an ineligible account has accrued a balance through legitimate gameplay, kd999 will review the circumstances on a case-by-case basis before determining the appropriate outcome.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may register only one account with kd999. Registration requires a valid mobile number, which serves as the account's primary identifier. All information submitted during registration must be accurate and kept up to date. kd999 may require players to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Accepted KYC documents include government-issued photo identification and proof of address.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — your registered mobile number and password. Any activity that occurs through your account while you are logged in is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact kd999 support immediately. kd999 will not be liable for losses resulting from failure to maintain credential security.

Duplicate Accounts

Opening more than one account on kd999 is strictly prohibited. If a player is found to hold multiple accounts — whether under the same mobile number, the same device, the same payment method, or the same identity documents — kd999 will close all duplicate accounts. Any balances, pending withdrawals or bonus funds in duplicate accounts will be forfeited. Players who have inadvertently created a duplicate account should contact support immediately to have the accounts merged.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

kd999 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and selected local bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kd999 does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which kd999 accepts no responsibility.

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. kd999 reserves the right to change minimum deposit thresholds for specific payment methods or promotions with notice posted on the platform.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the player's own legal name. kd999 may request supporting documentation to verify that the depositing account belongs to the registered player.
• kd999 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the registered player's own payment account. Reversed deposits will be returned to the source account where technically possible.
• Deposits made during active promotional periods may be subject to additional terms specific to that promotion. Players are advised to read individual promotion terms before depositing.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete. kd999 will not process a withdrawal until the account's identity verification is in good standing. Processing times vary by payment method but kd999 aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 hours of request. The following additional conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. kd999 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts or to a different bKash, Nagad or Rocket number than the one linked to the account.
• Any active bonus balance that has not yet met its wagering requirement must be completed or forfeited before the underlying deposit can be withdrawn. Players may choose to forfeit an active bonus to release a withdrawal; forfeited bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be removed from the account balance.
• kd999 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits per transaction or per day, and to delay or hold withdrawals pending additional verification where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or breach of these terms.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

kd999 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are governed by the specific terms of the individual promotion as communicated at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general terms set out in this section. By claiming any bonus, you agree to its associated terms.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated time limit will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion. Contributions to wagering requirements vary by game type — live casino games and slots typically contribute at different rates. kd999 reserves the right to exclude specific games from bonus wagering.
• kd999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, kd999 will honour the bonus funds already credited but will not be obligated to credit additional bonus funds under the original promotional terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except through the completion of applicable wagering requirements. Gifting, selling or transferring bonus balances to another player's account is prohibited.
• kd999 monitors bonus activity and reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold withdrawals where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or exploitation of a technical error in the platform.

6. Game Rules and Betting

All games available on kd999 are supplied by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own set of rules as defined by the provider. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing bets. kd999 publishes game rules within the platform interface for each available title.

Bets placed and accepted by the platform are final. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a live game round, kd999 will apply the provider's official resolution rules to determine the outcome of that round. Where no resolution rule applies, the round will be voided and the stake returned.

Sports Betting Rules

Sports bets placed on cricket, football, kabaddi and other markets are subject to the specific rules of each market as displayed at the time of placing the bet. kd999 uses official match results from the governing body of each sport to settle bets. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the relevant sport's official rules as adopted by the kd999 sportsbook. BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC tournament results are sourced from official tournament authorities.

7. Responsible Gaming

kd999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may request a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit to be applied to their account. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours to prevent impulsive decisions.
• Session reminders: Players may configure session time reminders that notify them when they have been playing for a defined period of time.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel that gaming is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months or permanently. 8. Account Suspension and Termination

• The player has provided false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to holding duplicate accounts, using third-party payment methods or engaging in bonus abuse.
• The account has been used for money laundering, fraud, collusion or any other unlawful activity. kd999 will cooperate fully with relevant authorities and may report suspicious activity without notifying the account holder.
• The player has requested self-exclusion or kd999 has identified signs of problem gambling that warrant a protective account restriction under its responsible gaming obligations.

Upon account closure for breach of these terms, kd999 reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account. Where closure is requested by the player for reasons unrelated to breach (e.g. voluntary closure), any remaining real-money balance after deduction of active bonus funds will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable time.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the kd999 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, audio and video elements — is the property of kd999 or its licensed game and content providers. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works of, or exploit any content from the kd999 platform without express written permission from kd999.

Game software and content streamed through the kd999 platform from third-party providers remains the intellectual property of those providers. kd999 operates under licence from these providers and does not claim ownership of provider-supplied game content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kd999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service, even if kd999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

kd999 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or interruptions. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work or circumstances outside kd999's control — including internet outages, payment provider downtime or force majeure events — may cause temporary unavailability. kd999 will take reasonable steps to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses incurred during unavailability periods.

11. Amendments to These Terms

kd999 may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kd999 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. In cases of significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, kd999 may also notify players via the registered mobile number or on-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the kd999 platform shall first be submitted to the kd999 support team for resolution. kd999 aims to resolve all player disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal complaint submitted in writing to [email protected]. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal support process, the parties agree to seek resolution through an agreed mediation process before pursuing any other legal remedy. kd999 operates as a safe and reliable platform and is committed to fair and transparent resolution of all player concerns.
